Mingzheng Technology has deployed its hydrogen fuel cell power generation system in regions with high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. The system is now operational and delivering power for local industrial facilities in these challenging climate zones.
The fuel cell system incorporates several design features tailored for warm and humid operating environments. The thermal management subsystem maintains optimal stack operating temperature through an advanced cooling circuit, preventing overheating during sustained high-temperature operation. The air management system includes humidity control measures to mitigate the effects of moisture ingress on stack performance and durability. The enclosure is designed with appropriate sealing and ventilation to protect sensitive components while allowing for proper airflow.
Prior to deployment, the system underwent environmental testing to validate performance under elevated temperature and humidity conditions. Test protocols included steady-state operation at ambient temperatures above 35°C with relative humidity exceeding 80%, as well as cyclic operation simulating daily load variations. The test results confirmed stable voltage output and consistent system efficiency throughout the test cycles.
The system is currently providing backup and prime power for industrial applications in the deployment region. It operates alongside existing grid infrastructure, supplying clean power during peak demand periods and serving as a reliable backup during grid fluctuations.
