Mingzheng’s 5kW Air-Cooled Fuel Cell: Power for Logistics and Material Handling

A 5 kW air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell system is now available from Mingzheng Technology. The unit uses a water-free cooling design, which keeps the footprint small and cuts down on maintenance work. It runs across a -40°C to +50°C temperature range and holds steady output at high altitude and in low temperatures—nothing exceptional, just consistent performance across conditions where many units struggle.

The numbers tell the story: high gravimetric energy density, refueling in minutes, and extended run times for forklifts and material-handling vehicles. For operations that have been stuck with battery range limits, this is a straightforward upgrade. The use case is practical—logistics yards, warehouse facilities, industrial inspection routes. No hype, just a power source that does what it says.

Mingzheng is not stopping here. The company is working on more hydrogen systems for industrial and commercial use, with this 5kW unit as one piece of a larger portfolio.
