Electrolyzer Stack Assembly Line

An assembly line for electrolyzer stack production, delivered to a domestic energy enterprise. The line includes incoming material inspection for bipolar plates, membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), and other critical components. The stacking station achieves alternating stacking of MEAs and bipolar plates with a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, with in-line pressure monitoring to ensure uniform assembly force. An MES provides full traceability for every unit produced.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Backup Power System

A backup power solution delivered to a domestic energy enterprise, addressing production interruptions caused by utility grid fluctuations. The system achieves rapid transfer switching — from grid voltage sag detection to full-rated power output within seconds. Compared with diesel generator sets, the system offers faster start-up response, zero emissions, and low-noise operation. It has passed on-site load bank validation and is currently providing round-the-clock power assurance.

Multiple hydrogen fuel cell propulsion systems supplied to transit bus and heavy-duty truck operators across key regions in China. The operational fleet has accumulated over 300,000 kilometers of commercial operation. With a refueling time of 5 minutes, the system eliminates the downtime associated with battery-electric commercial vehicles. All vehicles currently demonstrate stable performance, delivering zero-emission, high-efficiency operation.
