Our Temperature, Humidity, and Vibration Test Chamber covers -70℃ to 150℃ temperature range and 15%-98% R.H. humidity range, with optional 3-15℃/min heating/cooling rates. It’s widely used for environmental adaptability testing of hydrogen energy equipment, auto parts, etc., supporting R&D and mass production quality inspection.
The Temperature, Humidity, and Vibration Test Chamber is a high-end environmental reliability testing equipment integrating temperature-humidity control and vibration simulation. Tailored for hydrogen energy equipment, electronic components, auto parts and other fields, it can simultaneously simulate complex working conditions such as extreme temperature, humidity and vibration, providing accurate data support for product reliability verification throughout the life cycle.
With a wide temperature range of -70℃ to 150℃, full-range humidity control of 15% R.H. to 98% R.H., and adjustable vibration performance, the chamber effectively reproduces real-world conditions such as transportation, operation and storage environments. It is widely used in durability and environmental adaptability testing of fuel cells, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle components, precision electronics and other products.
The equipment features high-precision temperature and humidity control. Under normal pressure and no-load conditions, temperature fluctuation is ≤ ±0.5℃ and temperature uniformity is ≤ 2.0℃, with precise control across different humidity conditions. The heating and cooling rate can be flexibly selected between 3℃/min and 15℃/min, meeting different testing standards. It also supports customized working dimensions for both R&D and mass production testing needs.
