Product Introduction
This system is mainly used for the appearance inspection of CCM (Catalyst Coated Membrane) and BPP (Bipolar Plate). Adopting the principle of optical imaging, it mainly checks whether there are defects on the appearance of membrane electrodes, including scratches, spots, holes, color differences, indentations, inclusions, damage, stains, etc.The appearance inspection is equipped with a CCD camera, which can automatically identify defects such as double-sided contamination of CCM and BPP, carbon paper damage, cracks, peeling, pits, frame bubbles, and foreign objects. The minimum defect detection size is 0.5mm. The software has deep learning capabilities; the industrial line scan camera has a pixel count of ≥16k and a pixel size of 3.5μm.
