Product Introduction
This system adopts a contact detection method for the thickness measurement of CCM (Catalyst Coated Membrane) and BPP (Bipolar Plate). Combined with the structural characteristics of membrane electrodes, a high-precision contact displacement sensor is selected to balance detection accuracy and product protection. It is equipped with a vacuum adsorption function and a marble platform to ensure stable and accurate measurement without damaging the surface of the measured parts. The system supports multi-point measurement in the full range, can detect the thickness of any point of the membrane electrode, and has high module repeat positioning accuracy. It is suitable for the thickness detection needs of core components of hydrogen fuel cells, and is widely used in R&D and mass production quality inspection links.
