Equipped with high-precision control systems for gas, pressure, temperature and humidity, the bench can accurately regulate air/hydrogen flow rates and system operating environmental parameters, providing reliable data support for testing key indicators such as system output characteristics, durability and working condition adaptability.
Featuring a wide backpressure control range of 0.1~3 bar (±2kPa accuracy), combined with precise dew point and water temperature regulation, it effectively replicates real operating conditions in diverse application scenarios such as vehicle-mounted and energy storage systems. The 100kW~400kW electronic load and single cell voltage inspection system (-3.3~3.3V@1mV, max. 1024 channels) enable real-time full-parameter acquisition, data analysis and report generation, significantly improving R&D efficiency and standardizing mass production quality inspection.
