Our Multi-Accelerated Environmental Test Chamber has 35℃-55℃ temperature, 40%-98% R.H. humidity and 0.15-0.20 MPa air pressure. With 1.0-2.0 ml/80 cm²·h salt settlement rate, it’s ideal for accelerated aging and corrosion resistance testing of hydrogen energy equipment and auto parts.
The Multi-Accelerated Environmental Test Chamber is a high-end accelerated aging testing equipment integrating multiple environmental simulation functions such as temperature, humidity, salt spray and air pressure. Tailored for hydrogen energy equipment, electronic components, auto parts, new materials and other fields, it enables coordinated simulation of multiple environmental factors to accelerate product aging and provide efficient and authoritative data support for reliability and corrosion resistance verification.
With precise temperature-humidity control, stable salt spray simulation and air pressure adjustment capability, the chamber effectively reproduces complex and harsh service environments. It is widely used in accelerated aging and weather resistance testing of fuel cell components, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle chassis, precision electronics, metal components and other products.
The equipment features excellent performance, with a temperature range of 35℃ to 55℃, temperature deviation ≤ ±1℃, fluctuation ≤ 0.5℃, and uniformity ≤ 2℃. Humidity ranges from 40% R.H. to 98% R.H., ensuring precise control across different conditions. The salt settlement rate is 1.0–2.0 ml/80 cm²·h, the air pressure adjustment range is 0.15 MPa to 0.20 MPa, and the saturator temperature ranges from 35℃ to 65℃, all in compliance with international testing standards.
