Our Sunlight Simulation Test Chamber (UV, Steady State) has 10℃-70℃ temperature (without illumination) and 40%-98% R.H. humidity. With adjustable 400-1200±10% W/m² irradiance and metal halide lamp, it’s widely used for UV aging and weather resistance testing of hydrogen energy equipment and electronics.
The Sunlight Simulation Test Chamber (UV, Steady State) is a high-end environmental reliability testing equipment integrating UV simulation and temperature-humidity control. Tailored for hydrogen energy equipment, electronic components, new materials, auto parts and other fields, it can accurately simulate natural sunlight (including UV) and different temperature-humidity environments, providing authoritative and precise data support for product UV aging resistance and weather resistance verification.
With stable UV simulation capability and precise temperature-humidity control, the chamber effectively reproduces real outdoor service conditions. It is widely used in weather resistance and reliability testing of fuel cell components, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle casings, precision electronics, new materials and other products.
The equipment offers excellent performance. Without illumination, the temperature range is 10℃ to 70℃, with temperature fluctuation ≤ ±0.5℃ and temperature uniformity ≤ 2℃. Humidity ranges from 40% R.H. to 98% R.H., ensuring stable environmental control. Irradiance intensity is adjustable between 400 and 1200 W/m² with a deviation of ≤ ±10%, combined with a metal halide light source for realistic sunlight simulation.
