Intelligent Manufacturing Core Processes

We provide integrated precision manufacturing solutions for hydrogen fuel cell core components, covering 4 key processes. Our CCM precision coating (±1μm accuracy, ＞95% slurry utilization), MEA intelligent lamination (±0.1mm accuracy, ＞99.5% yield), 100% incoming material inspection (AI visual, ±0.02mm accuracy), and bipolar plate lamination (leakage rate ＜1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s) ensure high efficiency, reliability and stable performance for your hydrogen projects.

Stack Assembly & System Integration

We provide integrated solutions for hydrogen fuel cell stack assembly and testing, including stack stacking, system assembly, test benches and environmental chambers. Our stack stacking (±0.03mm accuracy, 8-12 stacks/day) supports multi-model flexible production. System assembly adopts multi-station and AGV transfer for high efficiency. Test benches (±0.1mV/±0.1% accuracy) and environmental chambers (-70℃~+150℃) ensure stable, reliable stack performance.

Electrolysis Hydrogen Production

We provide integrated diversified hydrogen production solutions, including PEM/Alkaline/AEM electrolysis, natural gas hydrogen production and garbage-to-hydrogen. With electrolysis efficiency over 75% and hydrogen purity above 99.999%, we ensure high-quality supply. Our modular system scales 10Nm³/h to 10,000Nm³/h, adapting to all project sizes. The intelligent control maximizes green hydrogen output, meeting zero-carbon, cost-effective and resource-recycling needs.

We offer integrated hydrogen fuel cell power and full-scenario vehicle propulsion solutions. Customizable power generation systems (5kW-10MW+, ＞60% efficiency) meet diverse needs. Our vehicle systems cover commercial vehicles (100kW-250kW, ＞800km range), UAVs (1kW-10kW, 4-8h flight time), passenger cars (100kW-150kW, zero emission), and hydrogen electric two/three-wheelers, enabling zero-carbon, efficient mobility.
